Return Eligibility:
We accept returns for most products purchased through our shop & online, subject to the terms and conditions set out below:
- Return process must be initiated within 72 hours of received of product.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition and in the original packaging.
- Some products, such as protectors or campaign or discounted products may not be eligible for return.
- Products that cannot be resolved or serviced by our warranty policy will only be eligible for return.
- Customer must provide a complete (start to finish and uninterrupted) unboxing video of the product to return the product of the online order.
Return Process:
To return a product, please contact our customer support team. You must provide the necessary details including your order number, the products you wish to return and the reason for the return. You will be fully assisted by our customer support team to complete the return process.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. BM Digital will bear the cost if it is due to any error on our part (eg wrong product shipment or product defect). Product returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer support team. A complete video of the packaging must be provided when shipping the return.
- Return should be done by Sundarban Courier from outside Dhaka City.
